Webinar Overview
Business optimization efforts often struggle to justify
the cost\benefit for new development projects. This can
often be attributed to lack of visibility into where
those improvements will specifically reduce cost, time
to market or risk in a given line of business. Join Paul
Tazbaz and Jeffi Sannapu from Wells Fargo as they
present a case study in leveraging industry standards
for strategic planning, process analysis and workflow
development to implement quantifiable business solutions
for optimized loan processing.
